Neil Simone (b.1947) derives some of his greatest inspiration from Yorkshire's captivating beauty, moving from London to Harrogate in 1971. From then until 2003, the artist was based in the city, and produced a fascinating portfolio of conceptual artworks. Still frequenting Harrogate, Neil continues to promote his wonderful portfolio.
