As well as what some people might consider to be 'the obvious stuff' - like acrylics, oils, watercolours, brushes, canvases, easels, pencils, colour pencils - we also stock liquin, modelling paste, mod-roc, inks, palettes, gesso primer, varnishes and a whole lot more. And, as stated, we can of course order any specialist items in for you.
We also stock various 'kits', which are fantastic ways to save money when starting a hobby or buying some new materials
At Gallery 42 we endorse and encourage artists of all abilities and experience to start, take up again or dabble nonetheless in art. That's why we think our various kits, which enable people to get started with watercolours, acrylics, oils etc, are fantastic options for all sorts of artists, from amateur to semi-professional and especially students.
